How to Register?

READY TO REPRESENT YOUR CLUB?
ACPBL Team Registration is based on registration order, subject to eligibility screening and verification.
To make Official Team Registration faster, all players and coaches should create their individual ACPBL accounts and connect their DUPR accounts BEFORE Team Registration opens.
01 — CREATE YOUR INDIVIDUAL ACPBL ACCOUNTBefore Official Team Registration, all players and coaches must create their own account. Click SIGN UP and complete your account details. You may also sign up using your Gmail account.
02 — CONNECT YOUR DUPR ACCOUNTAfter creating your account, go to:Profile → Edit Profile → Connect DUPR AccountAll participating players must have their DUPR account connected to their ACPBL profile.
IMPORTANT: Failure to connect your DUPR account will make you ineligible to participate in the tournament.
03 — CHOOSE YOUR CATEGORYChoose the appropriate division for your team:Team 3.0Team 3.5Team 4.0
Make sure all players meet the DUPR requirements for the selected category.
04 — COMPLETE YOUR TEAMPrepare your official team roster:4 Male Players4 Female Players1 Team Coach
Make sure all players have already created their individual ACPBL accounts before Official Team Registration opens.
05 — PREPARE YOUR REQUIREMENTSBefore registration day, every player must have:Registered ACPBL accountConnected DUPR accountRequired DUPR ratingAt least 80% DUPR ReliabilityValid proof of Bulacan voter registrationVoter's Certification image ready for upload
Each player must provide their REGISTERED ACPBL EMAIL ADDRESS and Voter's Certification image to their Team Coach before Official Registration.
06 — FIND YOUR QUALIFYING LEGYour club's home base determines which ACPBL qualifying leg your team must enter.Make sure your team registers under the correct qualifying leg.
07 — TEAM COACH SUBMITS THE REGISTRATIONOn Official Registration Day, the TEAM COACH will register the complete team.The coach will use each player's registered ACPBL email address to add them to the official team roster and upload the required Voter's Certification.
Because registration order matters, coaches should have all player information and requirements ready BEFORE registration opens.
08 — ACPBL VERIFICATIONAfter submission, the ACPBL Tournament Committee will verify:Team and player eligibilityDUPR rating and reliabilityConnected DUPR accountsBulacan voter eligibilityClub eligibilityGeographic eligibilityAccuracy and completeness of submitted informationCompliance with ACPBL Rules and Regulations
09 — RECEIVE OFFICIAL CONFIRMATIONSubmitting your team registration DOES NOT automatically guarantee an official competition slot.
Teams will only be officially accepted after successful eligibility screening and verification by the ACPBL Tournament Committee.
IMPORTANT:Registration priority is based on the order in which complete team registrations are received.
If an earlier registered team fails eligibility screening or verification, the next qualified team in registration order may be considered for the available official slot.
Once the official competition slots are filled, succeeding qualified teams will be placed on the WAITLIST according to registration order.
Final acceptance is subject to ACPBL Tournament Committee verification and approval.

Question 2

Player Elegibility?

Accepted Answer

Every player must:Meet the DUPR requirement for the selected category.Have at least 80% DUPR Reliability.Be officially registered and accepted by the Tournament Committee.Represent only one club throughout ACPBL.

A player may qualify by submitting ANY ONE (1) of the following:
1. COMELEC Voter’s Certificate / Voter’s Certification
Showing that the player is a registered voter in Bulacan.

OR

2. Accepted Government-Issued ID Showing a Bulacan Address
National ID / PhilIDDriver’s License

FAMILY-BASED ELIGIBILITY

A player may also qualify through their spouse or parent/s who are from Bulacan.

In this case, the spouse or parent must provide any of the accepted proof of Bulacan eligibility listed above, together with an official document establishing the relationship, such as a Marriage Certificate or Birth Certificate.

All documents submitted are subject to verification and final approval by the ACPBL Tournament Committee.

ACPBL reserves the right to request additional supporting documents and reject documents that are incomplete, unreadable, altered, inconsistent, or unverifiable.

Question 3

Club Eligibility?

ACPBL is an inter-club competition for established pickleball clubs.
A participating club must have existed prior to the ACPBL registration period.
A club created solely for the purpose of joining ACPBL shall not be allowed to participate.
Proof of club existence may include:Existing and active social media accountsReclub club profile or activityPrevious club tournamentsOrganized club sessionsPrevious events and activitiesOther acceptable evidence of prior club existence

A CLUB DOES NOT HAVE TO JOIN ALL THREE CATEGORIES.
A club may participate in only one or more eligible categories.
However: ONE CLUB = ONE TEAM PER CATEGORY PER LEG.

Question 4

Can I participate in different clubs?

ONE CLUB. ONE REPRESENTATION.

A player may represent only one club throughout ACPBL.Once officially registered and accepted as a representative of a club, the player may not participate for another club during the same tournament unless otherwise approved by the Tournament Committee.Any attempt to circumvent the one-club representation policy may result in disqualification of the player and/or team.

When I registered does it make me qualify as a player asap?

REGISTRATION DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY GUARANTEE ACCEPTANCE.
Every submitted entry undergoes official screening.
The Tournament Committee will verify:Player voter eligibilityProof of voter registrationClub eligibility and existenceTeam compositionDUPR ratingDUPR reliabilityCategory eligibilityClub representationGeographic eligibilityCompleteness and accuracy of registration
Entries are accepted on a: FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS subject to complete submission and successful verification.
A team becomes officially registered only upon confirmation from the ACPBL Tournament Committee.
Incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or misleading information may result in rejection or disqualification.

What are the things I need before registration?

Before your Team Coach registers the team, every player should have the following ready:1. Personal email addressEach player must use their own email/account.2. DUPR AccountYour DUPR account must be properly connected to your registration profile.3. Proof of Bulacan Eligibility — ANY ONE (1):COMELEC Voter’s Certificate / Voter’s Certification showing registration in BulacanDriver’s License showing a Bulacan addressNational ID / PhilID showing a Bulacan addressPlayers qualifying through a spouse or parent must provide the applicable proof of Bulacan eligibility of their spouse or parent, together with proof of relationship.4. Required DUPR Rating & ReliabilityPlayers must meet the applicable DUPR category requirements and required reliability percentage.Registration does not automatically guarantee eligibility. All player and team information remains subject to verification by the ACPBL Tournament Committee.

Grand Finals date, venue, format, schedule, and additional regulations will be announced separately by the Tournament Committee.
